We can deliver a one-off course to deal with a specific need, or help with on-going projects. We also offer one to one coaching, management training and team building activities.

Training Co-ordinator service
For a small monthly fee (starting from just £50 per month) we will:

Meet with you twice a year to review training needs and plan training.

Maintain training records for all staff including copy certificates, which will be password protected and available to you at any time online.

Procure and negotiate specialist training on your behalf if required.

Email you with details of any news affecting the social care industry, so that you are always up to date without having to trawl through magazines and websites each day.

Remind you when staff updates are due.
