Course Outline

Rapid Induction training course is a two day essential course for new carers entering the sector. Designed to equip your staff with essential skills, this program helps new recruits to integrate into their new role. WDF funding for this course has ceased but due to popular demand we are continuing to offer this programme free our existing VIP Customers (for more information on becoming a VIP customer plese click here) or for £150.00 + VAT, making this an unmissable opportunity to provide your new staff with a quality start to their career with you.

Rapid Induction consists of the Care Certificate Standards with a focus on:

  • Assisting and Moving People
  • Basic Life Support
  • Fire Safety
  • Food Safety
  • Health and Safety Awareness
  • Infection Control
  • Safeguarding (including a case study about isolation)
  • Safe medication administration

These focused sessions are between one and two hours depending on the subject.

The non-focus subjects are delivered in a holistic manner on the morning of day one, with a trainer-led 3 hour delivery via Zoom (or 10 hours allowed for e-learning, if you prefer. If using the e-learning option, these subjects MUST be completed prior to joining training for the focus courses listed above).
