Course Outline

The First aid at work training course teaches the in-depth practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplace settings to become a confident first aider at work. Attendees will gain the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies. This First Aid at Work course meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.

A blend of practice and theory, this course will develop skills and build confidence to deal with a wide range of first aid emergencies.  Although the First Aid at Work course is specifically for the workplace, it’s important to remember that accidents and medical emergencies can happen anywhere.  These vital life skills are useful in any setting and could one day save the life of a loved one.  Imagine being the first on the scene of an accident, or at home with a family member who has suffered a heart attack or stroke.  Would you know what to do?  Why not do something amazing in 2019 and learn how to save a life?
