  Coleman training are a fantastic organisation offering such valuable and up-to-date training for the Care Sector. There are some excellent trainers that put so much thought and compassion into their sessions. We all thoroughly enjoy all sessions and, they are so so valuable. We remain fully engaged and are able to retain the information from the sessions.   Coleman training is a very friendly welcoming service. Caroline and her team work very hard to deliver the best training and adapt it to your companies needs.   We have recently joined this platform to take over from our current training provider and we have not been disappointed. The team are professional, responsive and always endeavour to meet our needs. The VIP service/platform offers a magnitude of choice and covers all the mandatory topics and more! The training is relevant and engaging, we have received nothing but positive feedback from our team. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced which is reflected in the quality of the training.   I attended the Well led pilot programme, it was superb, interactive and thought provoking. I came out with a range of ideas from everyone involved. Havita is knowledgeable and experienced, she explains things in such an easy way to understand. She clearly understands what it is like to lead a team. I hope to use Coleman for more training.   We have used Caroline's company for training for a few years now, within our two care homes, this has been for mandatory training and specialist courses for our staff and managers. She has even tailor made courses when requested. Our staff have gained knowledge and confidence. All of the trainers have been excellent and they stay with the company so we get to know them and them us, which has a positive impact on the training. Very competitive rates too. Would highly recommend.

  I was asked to organize Dementia training for 36 staff, I contacted Coleman and explained what I was looking for and they recommended a course. We have now completed the course and it was perfect for our requirements, staff have come away with a range of ideas we can implement in our service and now have the knowledge we need to ensure we are providing the best service possible. We will be using Coleman again for our training. Thank you
