Course Outline

Our comprehensive Nutrition and Hydration course will equip attendees with the knowledge and skills to assist clients in maintaining a healthy diet which is especially important for those receiving care, including individuals with dementia who may face eating challenges.

Our experienced trainers will guide learners through the essential food groups, common barriers to proper nutrition, and innovative techniques to improve food intake. You will also learn how to use the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (M.U.S.T.) to identify potential risks and develop effective care plans.
