Our instructor-led Rapid Induction & Rapid Refresh training course is a comprehensive two-day program covering the Care Certificate standards, that equips new carers with the essential skills they need to excel in their role, as well as serving as an effective refresher for existing staff. Our program is designed to seamlessly integrate into the sector with a focus on key areas such as Assisting and Moving People, Basic Life Support, and more.

Our sessions are tailored to each subject and last one to two hours. Give your new staff a quality start to their career with our Rapid Induction training program.
